In the new dawn of digital everything, music is moving full force into to the digital era as are the Kottonmouth Kings with these new releases. I just thought the Jewel cases are a little more appealing than a plain image. Stay tuned for these new releases, which I was lucky enough to do the artwork for. The “Hold It In” digital single will be dropping on iTunes on 4/20/12

D-Loc has some pretty hard hitting beats and he’s releasing them on iTunes on March 20th! Be sure to go to iTunes and get your copy!

Got a text from Allison this morning sayin’ our old little buddy just passed away
. Talk about a trooper, this dude was 17 years old and probably moved around about 10+ times… IDK somewhere in that area… too many places to count. I know in the while that I knew the little guy he moved about 5 times before he was at his final pad. This guy was as tough and loving as they come. I’m pretty sure we got the best of each other at times but we where deff buds! Especially when I had a plate full of food on my lap! Oh yeah and of course there was his bet of buds, the pillow! Don’t get me started on that thing, if you knew Cal, you knew not to sleep on that pillow, that’s all. Stoked now that the little dude’s in kitty heaven he’s got his Chompers, claws and balls back, I’m sure he has more pillows to paw than he can shake a kitty pimp stick at!
You’ll be missed little fella!
Just got a batch of [ftf]Business cards! Soo stoked, had a spot uv hit done on the front, and placed a QR code on the back for quick information transfer. Time to go mingle,… peace!

Out with the old, in with the NEW! Its a new year and the Kings are starting it off right with a new website! We set out to design a new more functional website for the Kings a few months ago. We wanted to bring the full “Kottonmouth Experience” to the crowd.

Stuffed full of content and functionality by the good folks at RMR Labz this website really came to life! This website is alive! Fan tweets and posts as well as updates from the band members are posted on the site instantly through twitter and other social media apps.

One of my favorite sections on the site is the “420 Theater” Be sure to check it out!

Go behind the scenes with D-Loc from the Kottonmouth Kings as we film the video the his upcoming remix of Dr. Dre’s “Kush”. Here’s a pic I snagged while we where shooting in the growroom location for you folks with a green thumb!

Isn’t it pretty? Smelt nice in there too! Here is a sneak peak collage of the video about to drop on #DlocTV real soon. Stay tuned.

Its been a long time in the making, but Low Life Music just released their 8 song EP, “Paycheck & Pocket Change”. The cd is a nice mix of hip hop/rock with that signature Low Life Music sound, including some of their hits like “Rock Me Tonight” and “Coming Home To You”(Feat. Big B). Be sure to download their album on itunes (click here) or pick up their album by clicking here! Great job guys, tunes came out sick!
This was an interesting video to shoot. A remix of Chris Browns Look at me now (aka Rollin Papers) music video featuring D-Loc from the Kottonmouth Kings. We go together early in the day to start shooting this video and had the worst luck with every electrical appliance while trying to get set up to shoot this vid. Long story short, we didnt get the camera rolling till about eight or nine at night and shot well into the night. The video just premiered the other day on BallerStatus.Net and is now up on D-Loc’s Channel D T.V. on YouTube, be sure to check it out! Here are a couple stills and shots from the shoot.

When D-Loc says he’s rolling papers, he’s not kidding, This is a shot I took early in the rolling process and I see about 23 Joints and by the time we where finished there there where well over thirty something… and thats not including the ones sacrificed during the making of the video. Haha

We did several takes of him throwing out money and at one point he was just over shooting that scene and just threw the money up with that … Ended up being one of my favorite shots used in the vid.

Be sure to stay tuned for more videos with D-Loc!
Its been a work in progress for quite some time now and I think this is going to be the last time I make any changes on the piece… I just threw it up here, so now its final! This piece started off as one of my regular vectored girls… then I decided to go with the zombie approach… I think its one of my best girls to date. I might do some prints or skate decks with this one… Stay posted!
